Cindy Lam came to the IMHC Team in 2006. Cindy has over 15 years of experience in working in the Professional Counseling Work field. Cindy is an Outpatient Therapist and the Crisis Intervention Services Coordinator.
Cindy works with a variety of clients, including adults, children and couples. She works with a variety of mental health diagnoses and has experience with anger management, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, parenting, and assisting individuals to function at their maximum level of ability within the community.
Cindy has a Bachelors of Science degree from Western Illinois University, a Master’s of Education degree from the University of Illinois, and a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Olivet Nazarene University. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor.
Cindy is a mother of two adult children and a grandparent of a very bright grandson. She is also the parent of two Russian-blue cats which were adopted from the local shelter.
